Stone Creek Ranch Homes for Sale
Would you believe back before Stone Creek Ranch was built in 2004 the area was called Brigadoon Stables? Our daughter used to ride there. There were acres upon acres of land and pastures owned by the Cato family. Pretty much all that you see of Stone Creek Ranch on Tom Short Rd was part of Brigadoon. There was even a pond across the street just past Cady Lake that the summer campers used to go and "swim with the horses", and do trail rides. Brigadoon taught riding, boarded horses and held summer camps. The stables and barns were demolished in 2004.
Today Stone Creek Ranch is bordered by I485, Tom Short Rd and Ardrey Kell. It is a huge subdivision built by Centex (now Pulte) of varying price ranges and communities. There are also townhomes in the area. There is a section with yard maintenance included. Depending on the section, the homes have a Craftsman-style flair or can be more traditional.
Close to shopping, restaurants, banks, home improvement stores and more located in Promenade or Stonecrest, there's lots to choose from. And just a stone's throw from the new Rea Farms and Waverly shopping centers where there is so much to choose from whether shopping, exercising, spending a night at a hotel, checking out one of the largest Harris Teeter's in the state, etc.
